Those that know me, understand that I have resisted developing a web site for some time. I prefer talking to someone in person, rather than on the phone, I prefer snail mail to email and I prefer to spend time with people rather than tweeting them. That being said, I realize, through the pressure of friends, that I need to keep up with the times. Thus, I am committed to this web site as a vehicle to serve my customers.
